Wing helper

Enemies except for colors and will follow Kirby around, helping him wreak havoc on the evildoers of Dream Land. If you are fighting a boss, helpers are a must, unless it is supposed to look heroic (Marx, Meta Knight). Also, if you ever come upon a transform symbol (explained later) you should create a helper. They do just as their name implies. Thread OP Just found this section of rcgroups and thought i would share some cool software i found and have been using. Im a noob with balsa, somehow skipped this in the hobby. But recently got an angelwingsdesign pug twisty build and now im on a great planes spirit. At the moment the software designs wings but should have fuselages in the future. It exports out dxf/svg type files so you can do whatever you want with that. Laser, cnc router, print out to cut out by hand, etc. Wing Helper - Wing Design Software (4 min 43 sec)One thing i found out after this first project is that you should probably keep all spars and parts perpendicular to each other as it does not take into account the need for larger shaped holes when things cross at an angle. I noticed it does do hot wire cutting gcode but havent tried it yet. My only issue i have now with winghelper is just my lack of general knowledge of what works and doesnt work, but that will come with time and why i am looking at manufactured kits to see how others are doing it. Thread OP No its an omtech 50w 12x20. I have upgraded the mirrors, lens, cutting bed, and air compressor though. Its probably more like a 35 or 40w. When it burns out i am going to add a 60 or 80w with a little tube extension box. I've been using WingHelper for a while now. I find it easy to use and accurate to generate the parts. I now have a router-based CNC machine to cut parts out on. I hope it stays in development.
